Welcome to prophecies (or factions, but you catch the drift). At least the attributes are from the same class, which is more than I can say for some items I've seen.

No you didn't...one it isn't level 20+ mob requirements, secondly it's not inscribable.

Meh I've already had some weapon with 2 mods linked to 2 primary attributes and a 3rd mod coming from a third profession. Talk about unusable.

You are so correct. Because there are absolutely no mobs in EotN lower than level 20, and every single drop that you get there is inscribable, including the collector's items, like saurian bones.

Ye mixed mods are quite stupid unless it's something like req Divine and HCT Healing.

Btw: Your drop can't be from EotN. It has a mod (HCT Air) that would be either an inscription or an Adept Staff head.

Talking about mixed mods..... look at this ^^

Nothing in EOTN will drop something so low-level. And it's a WEAPON. So it's supposed to be inscribable IF it came from EOTN. Your argument fails.

Here's a challenge: find me a mob in EOTN that's in the level 15-18 range(which would drop something of that requirement) that drops items.

if you got in in gwen, it would be Water Staff of Mastery. and not Water Staff of Air Mastery. unless you got it in one of the Operation: Dragon's Gullet Mission.

I'm not going to test if they drop these kinds of things, but the "charr horde" quest, one of the first you do in EOTN, is against a truckload of low level mobs (with a few level 20's thrown in) and they do drop stuff.
